Organizational Coaching Engagement Process

Coaching engagements are tailored for organizations, teams, or individual executives. Corporate pricing is determined based on needs, and a proposal is submitted prior to engagement. Individual executive or personal coaching packages are also customized to support specific leadership goals and development objectives.

1. Discovery Call
A brief professional call to review organizational or personal objectives, challenges, and coaching needs. This ensures the recommended package aligns with your goals.

2. Agreement Execution
Clients receive a formal coaching agreement detailing the package, terms, and investment. Agreements are reviewed and e-signed prior to starting.

3. Retainer Payment
An invoice for the retainer secures the engagement and confirms coaching services can begin.

4. Session Scheduling
Sessions are scheduled once the retainer is confirmed. Calendar invitations with all details are provided. Missed sessions are non-refundable per the cancellation policy.

5. Ongoing Support
Clients have access to email support between sessions for guidance or clarifications, ensuring continuous progress.

6. Accountability Plan
Action items or milestones may be established during sessions to support measurable growth. While optional, this plan is highly recommended.

Next Steps
Whether for corporate teams or individual executives, our coaching programs are designed to drive meaningful, lasting impact. Schedule a discovery call today to begin your leadership transformation.
